What do you want to do with the video editing software? if your after just trimming unwanted bits from clips and joining them together with perhaps a title and credits then Windows Movie maker is your best bet and its free. If you use Linux then Openshot does the same and also free. Both are pretty easy to use with drag and drop of clips, pictures, audio files etc.

I use OBS these days and just use the record feature..... screen capture, webcam, video capture, etc etc

Cheap youtube video editing option are available to pinnacle studio .
User easy to access.
so i suggest the best tool for pinnacle studio.
