I have a video that I took as a screen recording of a WhatsApp conversation. After examining it, there is something in it that I do not understand, as if it is composed of a large oasis and small things inside it. Every small frame has movement inside it. I want help in understanding this and why someone might do this.

Whoa, that's weird. Is it possible the video's corrupted or maybe some kind of weird AR filter glitch?
