Hey guys, I'm needing some cash for future investments and was wondering if anyone with experience in selling just a domain could give me an estimate of the value of domains with these stats (They are .coms, or .net if the .com was taken):
1. Is there any value in these at all without a site?
2. How much more are the .com's worth than the .net's?
3. Should I sell individually or as a package (they're in the same niche)?
4. Should I throw up a mini-site/blog, try to rank it, get adsense revenue and then sell?
I know thats a lot of questions, but any help would be appreciated. I've been doing some reasearch and can't really find what I'm looking for.

- Monthly searches: 5-10k
- Estimated Adwords CPC: Most slightly above $20, some $15
- Competiton: 1-2mil
- All have local search value (Ex: Pheonix Dentist), but almost none trigger Google/Map listings
