Hello guys, so I wounder are there any UX/UI designer? I have few questions for you guys.

My question is could you give me some list of tutorials I should read? I just started with UX/UI design and guy who want to hire me say my design is pretty bad.

show your design, I had 1 semester of ux ui only but I dont think much more is required
 
Maybe you can go http://www.skillshare.com/classes and learn something here...
 
Just as a personal opinion it looks quite ugly. More about the UI guidelines, there is a lot of space wasted, combination of fonts and even the main text body looks unpolished and dirty (you need to try to keep some alignments with all the components).
