Any use of PPD traffic for a webmaster?

Hello,
I have a site where users post links to many files from different filesharing/PPD sites.
As a webmaster is there any way for me to make some cash from these links?

Feel free to share your ideas...

Put ******* or linkbucks script on your website and you'll get money for every exit click... or for every click (depends on how you configure the script)

thanks for the idea
i created a script which randomly uses adfly and linkbucks to shorten all out goin links, just to reduce duplicate visits

I am currently using cashmylinks just to test the traffic and having a good result. is there any other good ppi programs?
