99% of the ppl r selling fake fans, even fake USA fans are expensive.
Why don`t u try Boost Post. I am getting 40-75 USA Fan Page Likes for $1.
To achieve this u will need to learn "Targeting".

You got USA like for 1$ or worldwide. Because i tried FB boast for USA traffic charging 5$ for ~2000 to 3000 reach itself. On that i have't got not eave one post engagement

That is correct, but if u get likes and shares more ppl will see it.
Example:
Person X liked or shared your post, his friends will see what he liked or shared, some of them will also like your post and their friends will see it...that is how your post can go viral...

no i am asking how you get so cheap "40-75 USA Fan Page Likes for $1" . I tried for "630 people reached" FB ads charged me 5$. How you can able to run the ads for US traffic so cheap

If you have a business manager, you should be able to set a bid price for your ad campaign, so for example you set 0.05$/like, and FB will try to get it to people who would like it in that price.

I didn't say getting price, but the option to bid is in business manager , I don't think it's the same if you're just promoting from inside facebook option.
