Well you can always try using a redirect from your own domain. 
On your domain, upload an html file and place this between your head tags:
Can also been done with PHP. If you want the affliate link to look like a directory on your server you can also rename the html/php file to index.php/index.html and place it in any empty directory.

If you want to set up your own redirects on your own hosting then a lot of people like http://yourls.org/

bud-u.r.l gave me issues at one point, but now seem to be fine!
Had some issues with them, they deleted one of my links as spam.
