Some people call it Panel A others Main SMM Panel and others like me call this entity the supreme leader. Is just different way of referencing this entity that supplies all the resellers of SMM services.
You can call it mother if it suits you better just rest assure there are only a couple or at most a few that provide the bulk of the services to everyone. I like supreme leader since most likely almost anyone only knows one huge main supplier and not more than one.

The only way to find our if it is a supreme leader is if his panel has only few services. If the panel has 10 or more services then it is a 90% a reseller

It could truly be less than 10 services or just services from one social network site. Resellers are generalist they sell whatever they can find and some never even tried the services they are selling. The supreme leader always tests everything he or she sells and has an intimate knowledge of the product he or she is selling.

Supreme leader refers to the original method creator. The supreme leader takes time to develop new ways to bot sites like Youtube. They don't wait and sit with his/her arms crossed waiting for a method to pop up, he/she takes matter into his/her own hands and research new novel ways to game the system.
All the other BHW sellers on the marketplace are just copy cats, they are too busy putting out the fires on their BHW marketplace threads from the stampede of angry customers demanding answers. Thus, SMM panels are hardly the supreme leaders they are just arbitrage sellers. Buying low from the supreme leader and selling high here on BHW.

Those copycats are good enough to make people think there are multiple sources of the supreme leader. Pretty funny actually. I remember last year there were a couple supreme leaders early in the year but that's definitely not the case in 2019.
