None are working still. Bought views like 5 days ago from 4 different panels. You should wait a few more days/weeks before publishing vids.

No views can be bought now. That's because feds started the investigation on google/youtube about all that kids videos.
A lot of big kids channels were banned, including Toy Freaks, various Lear colors and other trash.

Everything will be possible, only methods will change
Youtube still will have to rank SOMEHOW, and that's how you will trick it
So I'm kinda in that boat although I don't think my channel ever would be banned for something inappropriate for the kids I want to keep up with whats going on so I can be sure to stay out of trouble. Mind sending me the information or source on where you got that info so I can catch-up?

Regarding the views and purchases I kinda tested the whole line-up here and everywhere else and right now nothing really works the way it should. Some views work but are really slow, some drop off and some doesn't even get to the video.
There is a source that I am waiting to try. Will let you guys know how it works out after the beta phase is finished but it looks promising. HR -30min too so should be good.
My method is mainly using the unlisted method and yes it works for some videos and they stick but others just go down the drain. I've just taken up youtube again while being away since 2015 getting a nice 1k$ into my account every month from old videos until recently when shit dropped. Started again got a few videos up and then boom, update after update making it impossible
We just have to wait for a while, but luckily I got 3 videos to stick before that and they get me around 2k vph now and I utilize these to get views to my unlisted videos =) Works like a charm, just takes a few days to fill them up with a few thousand views.

Actually, total ban of views is a bad signal for YT as a dominant video hosting platform.
If they close all exploits FB Video gains an advantage over YT.
There is no chances to start a channel without buying views. I hope YT guys understand that.

Are there Facebook exploits? I had no idea. I would have started a Facebook much sooner if that was the case. Could you point me in the right direction?

The latest YT views exploit I heard about is:
1. Create a playlist of two videos. First one is any video. Second is your target video.
2. Set time offset in the playlist to the end of the first video.
3. Put playlist code to any website as iframe. Even iframe with zero size worked fine.
