You should post tist at JV, and ask the amount of money you need.
add some detail on the project, and what the money is used for

Where did you buy this account from?

Don't come with that "the field is not even" BS
There are dozens of poor countries in the world and millions from those countries work hard and honestly to make good money.
There are thousands of ways to earn money posted on this forum, you just need to have drive and dedication and can start earning a few dollars per day with many methods.
From there you can save capital to keep growing.
Why are you focusing on unethical ways? Do you think they make more money?
Because you are very wrong, those are the "easy" way but they will not bring you much money and karma will take it all away.
Work hard and stay positive!

I wonder whether Prince of Nigeria, is actually from Nigeria, or actually from 1 tier Country.

Because in that time, I don't think Nigeria has found email marketing technique. lol.

For OP, you can read many things in this forum for free. That's more than enough to start with your journey in IM. Good luck.

You can always learn a new skill and start freelancing to acquire more capital to fund your business.

Assuming this is not click bait...
Poverty mindset gets you nowhere. Possibilities are endless if you can provide value and work hard.
You may hit the scam lottery but it won't last.
I always wonder how much real and permanent success these scammers would have if they only belived in themselves.

You don't need much cash to start. Go download the Bootstrappers handbook by Seth Godin.

Why would you seek out unethical methods instead of seeking out profitable methods? Maybe it's not the field that's stacked against you but your own mentality.

I would guess that saying "I'm from Uganda, I'd love to learn how to make money" would be more likely to get a positive and helpful response from people than "I'm from Uganda, life is stacked against me, so I'm looking to do some unethical things to make money".. Just a guess.
