Any Ukranian Black Hatters here ? A question

I have a question for BHW members from Ukraine. How do you guys get paid ? Specially those Amazon or AdSense users ?

I have been trying to encourage a friend of my to start a Amazon site and I was told Ukraine banks don't use checks anymore. Also that they can't create overseas bank accounts (To use US bank - Payneer method)

Is this true ?

Yes, it was true until mid 2014. Then paypal came with seller facility not a receiver one.
i.e you can send money via paypal but you wont receive them.

In later 2016, ukraine accepts money as well via paypal. You can link Amazon, CPA with Paypal.


Regarding Adsense only bank is option for them.

Hey. Im ukrainian and for adsense I use swift transfer to my privatbank account and gor ogads I use payoneer card. Don't know anything about amazon.

Amazon don't pay to the Payoneer card directly. To be able to get paid by Amazon to Payoneer, the US Payment Service needs to be activated, which is practically a VBA and Amazon can send the earnings there via ACH.

Thanks. Looks like its not easy to receive money from other countries for Ukrainians. When it comes to Amazon Im searching how do affiliates receive money.

Thanks for the respond. So you guys can't bank a Google AdSense check. Banks no longer using checks ?

I was told Ukrainians are not allowed to make overseas bank accounts. So basically setting up a VBA is not legal.

If you have account in privat24, you can use direct transfer from your google account to your bank account. I think you can use check too, just go to any bank with your check, the last time I was go to oshadbank in 2014.
And you can make bank account in Philippins for example and use paypal for amazon, shopify etc.

It can be, i'm not aware of this. Also illegal doesn't mean impossible. If you want to stay on the safe side, you don't make withdrawals to your Ukranian bank account from Payoneer, but you use the Payoneer card to withdraw your balance and/or for online/offline purchases. The Ukranian government will be none the wiser that you're getting paid to a VBA by Amazon.

Although soccerlover told you that affiliates can receive payments from Amazon via PayPal, this is not true. Amazon doesn't pay out via PayPal. If you can't receive direct deposits (to a real US checking account or a VBA like the US Payment Service at Payoneer), the only option is cheque or gift cards.

I am from Ukraine too. I receiving money from Amazon Affiliate to my Payoneer (I haven't any problems with this). To my mind, the real problem for Ukrainian is to get money if you are doing drop shipping. I mean that there are no methods to get paid except 2checkout - but they will decline your application if your store is fresh. Ukraine - its a f*cking land of opportunity (sarcasm)

Thanks guys. Very Helpful information. Looks like Payoneer is the way to go if someone in Ukraine use Amazon affiliate program. Can't find any alternative for that.
