Hi,

I'm just playing with an idea regarding viral marketing. I'm looking for a program with the following characteristics:

- Two-tier
- $10-$30 range
- recurring would be good. If so, good retention ( 3 months+ )
- good product. good conversions
- general IM/money making related. White hat

I might be flexible with one or more of the points above. I'd have to analyze each particular case. However, I guess you can get the general idea.

I've looked in the Warrior forum, read my guru newsletters and checked various sites from google already but, for one reason or another, none of them seems to fit the criteria.

Does any of you know/have any experience with a program like this ?

THX

I am working on one. It's a multi tier, which is better. Good product, good conversion 3% - 7%. Approximately $16 per sale (to you).
Please sign up with this link
Code:
http://rbb2k.join.click2sell.eu
This is my referral link. If you sign up through me, they pay me a small percentage of your the fees that you incur selling affiliate products through them. THIS WILL NOT TAKE MONEY out of your pocket. You have to pay fees anyway, they just give me s little piece every time you do (OUT OF THEIR CUT).

Example:
  1. You market a product that sells for $29 and sell one
  2. You get $16 and the publisher gets $11
  3. This means the fees are $3 total - split between you and the publisher
  4. So, you pay $1.50 in fees for that sale making your profit $14.50
  5. I get a percentage of the $1.50 that came out (The fee)
  6. click2sell keeps the rest of the $1.50

Now you go and get people to join up under you. The same thing happens under you. You get a percentage of their fees everytime they sell.

It's a win/win and good for everyone.

The product I am selling is iPhone unlocker, which is the product of a member of this site 'r00t'. It's a good product, and a hot seller right now as people are wanting to unlock their iPhones.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Don't think it would be a good fit for this particular project of mine for two reasons:

1- Product itself is not IM related ( so it's highly unlikely that buyers become good affiliates themselves )

2- Second tier - and on - commissions seem a little low to me, even for a multi-tier program.

Still, I'm heavily promoting electronic products and this looks like something worth checking.

Thank you very much.

I think you can google it, there area lot of sites offer the same thing. How can u promote them ? Do u use software ?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, as I said in my first post, I already have. The problem is that, for one reason or another - sometimes the simple fact that I considered the product itself to be of low quality -, none of them met the standards I was expecting them to have.

To answer your question: I was not going to use any software. Just put it in front of a bunch of interested prospects and let its viral aspect do the promotion.

How abt forex? i have registered as an affiliate with 2 of them and it's 2 tier.
If you're interested , PM me.
Thanks.

I had to regester to BW just to respond to this.
Why not check out KnowledgeExploit.com. It's a community effort, you will not be alone in marketing or building your downline.
Really cool concept. It's only about four weeks old.

are you looking for an IM product... or do you want to use your IM knowledge to promote an affiliate that fits those characteristics?

Thanks everybody for posting on this thread.

Right now, however, I'm not pursuing this idea anymore ( thread was initiated over 2 months ago ), as I'm soon to launch a pretty big project and I just don't have enough time to devote to this.

Since you've been kind enough to respond to my thread, I'll be answering the last two posts anyway:

@danc73: Thanks for taking the time to post. Heard good things about it a while back. I'd wait a few months to see how it develops, though. In any case, it's not really my kind of thing ( seen too many horror stories in my time, I guess ).

@ooomph: It would've been good if the product was targeted to marketers or could at least be of interest to them ( think hosting ).

Again, thank you all very much for posting your suggestions here.

Mods, you can close this thread now if you feel like it.
