New to all this and trying to get a grasp of it but every time I think I'm getting somewhere, someone posts up something I never heard about and the cycle starts all over again.

Are there any lists of tutorials out there of what one should learn so I don't waste time?

I'm looking at things like xrumer, scrapebox tutorials and vps that everyone keeps mentioning. Also how to create effective backlinks with web 2.0 sites in between and how not to leave a footprint.

    Thanks.

Wasting time is probably the best thing thats gonna get you the most usable information actually. You will learn. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and how they work REALLY varies depending on the person and the niche.

I would suggest take one thing at a time UNTIL you fully understand how it works and why it works. Don't jump from tool to tool. It's like one big puzzle..just put the pieces together and it will all make sense.
