If you search on chrome extension, there are bunch of extension which works for unfollowing.

Not looking to unfollow. Looking to remove the followers who are following our account.
I don't think that's possible, they have to unfollow you, or be removed by twitter

Yeah, think you have to contact twitter support or do it manually.

There is no way to block Twitter followers in bulk. there is no option provided in Twitter, so you can't select multiple followers to block, thus removing them from your follower list.
