Any tools that will remove someone's voice from a video?

I took a look at Canva and it's not much better than an old version of Windows Movie Maker.
I need something that's more robust. Otherwise, I'm going to hatchet job the video and the finished product is going to look like crap

How does capcut work? Is it finally something I can download and run 100% offline?
I'm asking because I've heard a lot of negative comments about capcut and privacy concerns. It's one of those products that I would be a lot more comfortable using if I can use it without having to connect to the Internet.

CapCut is cloud tied - desktop app still phones home + most AI separation runs server side, so if privacy is the concern it's not what you want.
If you need real control offline, split the audio track + run it through something like Demucs or iZotope RX Voice De-noise, they actually separate speakers instead of just nuking the whole track.
If the guy is close to the mic and overlaps frequencies with your voices, no free tool will be perfect, but RX with spectral editing lets you manually carve him out without wrecking everything else.
