Any tools out there to generate HR views?

Are there any tools out there for generating HR views? Like a software where I could throw in some proxies and the URL of my YT video and it boosts my video?

I know there's a tool called Mass Video Pumper by the same people that make MVB I think, but it's apparently no longer supported and not sure if it even boosts HR views.

Also, are there any other tools that can do the same except for YT likes?

It's much more complicated nowadays compared to half an year ago or so. Your best bet is to buy them or you can as well try to find the trick yourself but be careful as you might get bored along the way.
