however the bigger question is how to seo for yandex, that is a whole different ballgame that i never see much discussion about....
 
there are russian version of xrumer...(even in english version the setup file is named is russian...XRumer ( Хрумер) probobly no one noticed
 
Take zenooposter, it 's a russian soft and you can make what you want.
 
xrumer the most popular SEO soft in Russia.. also many people use links aggregators like a seopult[dot]ru, rookee[dot]ru.
 
For seo in Russia, I use Colibritool - they check statistics for Yandex.
 
I'm confused about how you can use tools like XRumer and other spam software to rank after the MatrixNet update...?

MatrixNet was first provided like 4 years ago and Xrumer still works, so as Sape, and other links. ;)

English content Link Building with Russian anchor text should be working fine with Russian Websites.. Is it Correct?
 
Sape.ru, CS Sape Master and Yazzle.ru. All three should be used in combination for best performance.
