Any tool which scrapes all urls from user on YT?

Hey, i`m looking for program/script which scrapes all video urls from user/channer on youtube. I tried Mass Video Downloader but it didn`t get all the urls. So is there anything similar available or can someone make this kind of scraper (and what`s the price?)?

Thanks but it gives same urls multiple times. The user had 100+ vids and tried to get the urls it only gave ~7 unique ones. Any better solutions?
