I'm looking for a program to remove dupe words that are like this.

Can't you just use Excel?

Just click on data at the top of your excel document and in the list you will see "Remove Duplicates".

1) change structure of input file: use winword.exe ctrl+h ", " -> "^p" 2) download http://newox.ru/kwk.php and put it into one folder with input file 3) run program and choose "Удаление повторов".
