any tool to manage\open many wp blogs?

hi guys,
few questions please:

1) is there any software to manage wp blogs?

i got lots of blogs and looking for a faster way to work with them, as the links\urls\buttons of all of them are the same, so it's don't look too hard to automate it.

2) anyone have lists of sites that give free blog platform?

what kind of management are you looking for ? i am developing some web based solutions for similar problems and i feel that this can be used by many. i am targetting your first point only right now, and then later will try and see third.

for first what things you will be expecting the manager to do ?
1. Obtain articles from some Defined source(maybe defined on keywords) and Post on each (and do this on schedule without your intervention)
2. Setup Addons/plugins, and configure them
3. Put adsense/monetisation code ?

what else will you be looking for ?
