Any tool to automatically create an Insta/facebook post from a tweet with a background image/video?

I am trying to figure out a way to automate creating posts with a background image (dynamic) and a tweet in front of it. Right now I'm using Canva but it would be nice to have something that makes the process faster.

An example of page using such post would be - https://www.instagram.com/instatroll_football/

is there any tool which can help with bulk creation like this. Paid/ Free doesn't matter.

with python I think it is very easy.
You can even add some LLM to do some reasoning to make this process more human like.

I don't know about existing tools though.

Try Bannerbear or Pablo by Buffer. Both can auto-generate image + text posts with templates, and Bannerbear supports full API/bulk creation.
