Any tool / method to see Pinterest account activity? / stats / analytics

Hey there,

I'm new to Pinterest and considering buying someone's account. Is there any tool or method that can analyse the activity of an account on Pinterest?

eg.
* How many website images they pin per day/week?
* How many re-pins per day/week?
* How many {engagement} per day/week?

Or is there a way of seeing this in a crude manner? eg. there are lots of tools for Twitter...and even just a quick eyeball of a Twitter account allows you some understanding of how active an account is.

None that I know of. But if the seller is willing to grant you access, you can use Pinterest analytics to satisfy your curiosity to an extent.

I registered a Pinterest account and business so I could get access to Analytics and see what was available, but I could only see an Overview and Audience Insights - nothing that seemed to provide information on my own activity (although obv I did not have much activity as was new account!).

Can you let me know if I'm missing something re account activity?

You need to wait 5 or more days after account creation to see stats.
Also, Pinterest will always delay your stats 3-5 days down the line.

How many re-pins etc — the type of information that would indicate how much time/effort has been put in by the Account Owner.

I can see other stuff related to pins, like activity around pins.

Could you maybe share a screenshot (or even a list of what I should be seeing) in terms of analytics about my own account activity levels?

Pinterest is not showing a number of pins you have pinned each day, or repins and similar.
What's the point of those metrics?

I don't care about those as most of the people on Pinterest, and I don't understand your thoughts about "time/effort that has been put in by the Account Owner"?
What's the purpose?

The only thing I care about is traffic. Pinterest gives me that data.
For marketers, that's enough. The rest of those things you are asking for are not needed IMHO.

You can only see your stats and the stats are not instant, u have to wait like 24 hours to see the new stats
