Any Tool Better Than TubeToolBox?

I'm currently using TubeToolBox which I like but due to the fact they charge you $7 per youTube account per month, it's starting to get pricey. So I'm looking for recommendations on an alternative program that I can pay once for and not monthly. The features I use the most are below. So I'm just looking for software that can cover these aspects. Thanks

1.) Sending messages to targeted users or your subscribers
2.) Posting comments
3.) Sending friend requests

try tube bot it does all that except for sending messages but i heard they'll be adding that feature soon.
