Any Tom and *ick can do startup in gate.io?

Love to know the formalities on how to add a project to gate.io as start up.
The recent one was actual shit but they raised some fund as well.

It seems bogus too me.
Majority of the projects goes 60m .. what the fk
Even kickstarter with complex idea can’t achieve that.

I invested in some IDO last year. The majority are now trading below IDO Price.

5% circulating supply, in the beginning, can't even pump these Sh*tcoins. Only a matter of time when more tokens starts unlocking from Private investors and VC. This kind of coin will trade close to 0.
