Any $$$ To Be Made Advertising On Pandora.com?

I'm a frequent user of pandora.com and see plenty of ads from them (usually from larger companies/mainstream products/television shows). Has anyone ever tried doing ads here and, if so, did you have any success? This is basically another type of "media buy" more or less from what I can tell.

Hope this is in the right section - if not someone can move it I guess.
