Have you got any tips for me? How should I get fb likes on page? Niche is pretty general. For now I'm posting to fb groups without any success yet.

share new and interesting content to your followers.
post related content to your followers
join groups related to your page/pages.

Try making posts that are relateable to your audience.And don't be afraid to ask for a like and share,it helps a lot

Well if it is FB likes to a post, that can be easily purchased from a vendor.
If FB likes to a page, that cannot be purchased from a vendor, unless if that vendor is able to viral your post and get your page liked in the process.
If it is relevant content, perhaps you can hire a social media influencer to push, otherwise, perhaps if you have money, then advertising on FB should get you relevant likes from relevant people.

Post when most of your page users are online.
Look what others (competitors) are posting; and post similar content.
Post more, new videos.
Go live, or stream something interesting.
Share your post to related groups/pages.
Suggest your email list to like your page.
Boost post from time to time.
