Any tips to improve my youtube channel?

I am starting with a new youtube channel, i alreay had a channel some years ago and i had hit a thousand suscribers, but now is much more difficult, I'd be thankful if you can tell mi some tips about positioning videos, seo , gain suscribers...
At this time I have 120 suscribers and 4k of views

My goal is to hit 1000 subs and 4000 hours of watched time to monetize the videos

just upload viral videos around country, then make some blog on it.

It is not so easy but you need to upload minimum one video in every day.
