Any tips to improve Instagram stories views?

My account is 10,4k, I know it isn't that much, but It's my professional account so I bot very very slowly.

But despite me having those followers my instagram stories have very few views. For example the last one I uploaded has 97 views (uploaded 5 hours ago).

So, any tips to improve this situation?

Same situation, used to get 1500 or so views, few hundred within an hour, now down to 200-300 total and the low 100/ even after a few hours.
 
Anyone has the solution to this? My wife is around 7k followers, no bought fake followers, but have only 200 viewers...
 
Add locations in ur stories + small hashtags where u can rank and obiviously engaging content (retention start playing harder in the algho)
