Any tips to fake referrer?

I simply do not want my affiliate to see where my traffic is coming from. Specifically, I do not want my affiliate to see the landing page I am using.

How do I change my referrer so that the traffic looks like it's coming from a different page on my website?

For example, I want my affiliate to think the traffic is coming from example.com/lander1 instead of example.com/lander2
