Any Tips To Crawl Backlinks Faster ?

Is their any easiest way to crawl offsite links faster as now SUBMIT URL is not working ...

IMO, links that need to be submitted like this are not really worthy of even getting indexed. Power links shouldn't have any issues getting indexed and some half decent diversity links either. Rest, unless you are working on some very specific project, is not worth the bother. That's my opinion at least.
