Any tips on repuation management.

Hi All

Any one have any tips on the following, I have clients who ranks 1st for the their brand name, Great!
My job is to take care of whats ranking 2nd, A Forum with some negative comments about the company.

I need to push it down the SERPs, Im building up face book page , Linkedin accounts etc and a trying a few other things hoping they will jump above the forum.
But is there something else I could do?

Would love to hear your thoughts on how you would tackle it?

Unless your clients' name is very obscure, building those satellite sites won't do it. You'll need to build a lot of them, then start building links to them. You never know which one is going to rank naturally so I prefer to build a lot more than necessary to push the negative down, and keep it there.
