Any tips on making more followers?

    My account is at 90k in the cars niche, which I've grown manually in 11 months. I've been making 300 followers on average these days and it seems so low to me! I post 3 - 4 times a day and my posts get around 4000 likes on average and 15 - 20 comments. Any tips/advice are welcome, thanks!
