Well,there are a few things
Title - Must be REALLY CATCHY - Try adding an Asci Star or Special Character.
Description - Don't put your link at the top of it and add some interesting 150-300 words text.
Tags - Watch your competitors tags and do the same
Try to get as much REAL VIEWS as you can.
Backlinks helps a lot in rankings,don't forget that !!!

Study videos with the highest number of views per month. Observe their keywords in title, video and description and how they have presented it to their audience. Follow their same principles for your video and I believe that is the best way of learning from the best.
