Any tips on creating presell pages?

I'm trying to create a presell page, which might help me with my conversions I hope. A lot of people are recommending reviews of the product, somebody got some other advice to create some great presell pages which help with your conversion rates?

Reviews, comparisons to other products, personal story, etc.

What would it take to get you interested in buying it?

You have to understand your traffic to know how to convert them. Are they women, men, old, young, etc.

Thanks guys, I will take it into consideration. Is it required to have a FTC disclosure policy and a cookie warning? I'm using Google Analytics and have a Clickbank hoplink redirect.

Simplicity seems to work well, especially if you have a young adult audience. Green check marks highlighting the benefits of the products can also help.

I don't think anyone would automize the creation of a presell page... but thanks anyway?
