The steps are:
No1: Register an domain name (Internet.bs is perfect).
No2: Get your VPS Hosting ( https://www.linuxssdvps.com )
No3: Install WordPress ( http://www.wordpress.org ).
No4: Add some useful content (HQ articles).
No5: Join affiliate program (close/same to your niche)
No6: Work on your traffic
No7: Keep doing No4 and No 6.
No8: You will start earning

Decide what is the purpose of the domain, New or Aged, are you going to SEO or use PPC/other traffic sources, HTML or Wordpress/Blog format, get a list down on paper and prioritise.

Yep those first three steps should take you no more than 3 days. Now before you do Step 1 you need to pick a niche. I'll pick for you: do something related to Anime.

Then for Step 4 you write yourself a plan. Do you source content from Fiverr? From the Marketplace here? Or even write it yourself. Are you a good writer? Start cranking out 250-1000 word articles. It's imperative that you enjoy writing about your topic.

Step 5 is a cinch. Step 6 is when you start searching this forum for "how to generate traffic." Use YouTube and SEO.

So re-read my post a few times, take a screenshot of it, and reread his post a few times, and you can be on your way. Think you can handle it?
