Any tips for twitter views / engagement

I’m getting around 300-500 views per post
I’m at stuck at 15k followers
There’s people with under 5k followers getting 1k+ views
Any tips to get more exposure?
I feel like my posts are only viewed by some of my followers but not on random feeds. I engage daily within my niche.

Gonna want to optimise your reach if you aren't already doing that. Such as: still using hashtags (yeah, even after Elon said they're obsolete. Seems like they're still effective). Depending on your niche, you'll want to give your content more of a hook, something snappy that really grab people's attention and compels them to engage with it. Timing is more of a min-maxxy kind strat, but in case you follow your audience closely enough to know when they are most active, focus postin on those peak hours. If all else, get involved with other users in your niche and see if you can get in on some retweet groups. Devil's in the detail so how you exactly get around these points is for most parts, on you. Thanks. I’ve been searching for some retweet groups, no luck yet. I’m trying to engage by comment on a lot of posts. Not much results, but will keep consistent.

I’ve been trying but people with much less followers have been getting 1.5k+impressions while I’m only at 300-450 impressions a tweet

There should be posts here about other peeps starting retweet groups, have a look and see if those are any good for you. Best of luck.
 
Do you have premium plus active on your account ?
 
High engagement usually comes from sharp hooks and active interactions, I think it's not just follower count.

So, Engaging post more important then Followers Count.

Have you tried posting to communities? It's a good way to be seen by people that you wouldn't usually get to through posts and retweets.

I see them similar to how subreddits are on reddit. You can schedule posts upfront to multiple different communities.
