Any tips for setting up a content creation site?

Hi guys,

I've recently been working a lot on spinning and article writing for several sites and now I feel I'm capable (along with 2 of my friends that happen to be published authors) of launching a content creation service and website.

I have the web development skills to fire up the site but wondered if you guys have any tips or advice on the topic?

There are a lot of such sites around so high competition will be there to rank your site and earn from it. If you are willing to accept the challenge, go ahead then.
