Any tips for a newbie youngster?

I've been reading threads and posts for a few months now and finally made my account today, I've just turned 18 and I'm looking forward to trying some methods to create myself some sort of income from the internet.

I'm not looking for a get rich quick method I know they don't exist and I don't want to be spoon fed maybe you could just point me towards some threads you found useful or tell me one tip you'd give your younger self about internet marketing or anything else. Have a good day.

Welcome, and great first post.

Try and find streams of income that you can create that will be residual. Work on things that will pay you month after month. There are some great affiliate programs out there that pay a commission on the life of the subscriber to their service. So any effort you put in pays off for longer. People will always drop off so you will always have to put effort in but before long you will have found a few dozen people who use the service month after month that will pay you a nice stream of income going forward.

Keep back a minimum of 10% of everything you ever earn without exception to reinvest in tools that will increase your earnings, 10% is a MINIMUM

Try out a few methods and give them time, you're not going to be a master of any of them when you start so don't expect the results others talk about straight away.

Don't get caught up in the emotion of selling, let things go over your head when dealing with customer service. its way way easier and you wont obsess over why someone is a total ass-whole for hours on end lol.

Have a lot of ambition and make sure you have the drive to try and achieve those ambitions.

Nothing special then the usual, I saw someone linked the journey page.

Me personally never read those but first fins out which path you want to go with, dropshipping, AM, CPA, blogging etc find what feels comfortable and is most enjoyable for you.

Then read and research about it for a couple weeks and months, then start experimenting, you will fail in the beginning so learn from that and persevere.

It all start with a good basis and mentality.

it is clearly a mistake to choose a path and then do the research.
the stories are from people with decades of experience and will help you a lot.

Thanks for the reply I'll keep the 10% of my earnings tip in my head for when I start earning and thanks for your other tips they'll all help I know it'll take a while before I find a profitable method that works for me and I can scale up, but the ambition is there 100%.

Lol this makes no sense at all because every path has success stories so how you going to choose from that?

No, don't read success stories and base your choice on that, learn all the terms in IM and see what you think will fit best for you and go with it.

Instead of success stories read fail stories! There aren't a lot of good success stories anyway and a lot contain bs, boasting, people showing of their money and even marketeers that come with fake statistics to lure you to their products.

You will learn more from fail stories ;)

I think that you could start making an original web page, the only form to earn money is making something difference than each other

Been reading a few success stories and they give me motivation but they don't teach me anything so i'll go and check out some fail stories and see if I can pick up a few things, thanks.

And this why a lot of newbies fail! Read my dropship post, I wrote a little thing about it called " false hype" feeling. Many people fail because of this.
