Any tips for a new advertiser on CJ?

Looking to avoid mistakes others have made and capitalize on any insight.

Don't use any sort of automated method to check your links to make sure they are valid. I did and was checking them every 72 hours. It generated some 150k clicks and the advertisers wanted to know why I wasn't getting any sales and was messing up their stats. I had to disable it or they would cancel me.
