I have a website for this niche, and I'd like to make it mobile friendly in order to improve the user experience. Please help me figure out how to make my website more user-friendly.

How did you build it? Most WordPress themes are already responsive.

Well first thing is to make it completely mobile responsive. While designing it, check it out on your mobile and see how it looks. Then adjust your design according. But if you really wanna learn more, take a course on Udemy around UX design. Its not a very long course, but you should learn what you need to make your site more user friendly.

2. Mobile friendly
3. Overall good looking, easy-to-navigate website

Think of sites you enjoy visting vs. crappy ones that you dont.

Make it mobile responsive for sure plus add all the necessary navigation bars so that users don't get confused. Apart from this, use some cool colors to make it look professional.
