I recently started doing ads for my business and im a total beginner in graphic design.
what do you think about this

i made it in illustrator

It's good, but there are areas of improvement. I think that you should work on the typography and the spacing. There is also room for improvement in terms of colour

Im not a designer, but almost all text is stretched horizontally or vertically, which looks weird.
using three exclamation marks also doesnt look professional. Also the text on the yellow background looks squeezed in

I'm not a designer either, but in my opinion these bubbles in the background are a bit distracting

Im very bad at colors lol

the exclamation marks i used are to describe the condition of the product as i want to draw attention to that particular feature

I would simplify it by removing the bubbles etc. then you only have a few colors left and you can make the most important info stand out with a different color.
