Any Suggestions on free VPN?

Just curious if anyone knows of a good free service. Got Okay Freedom last year from a freebie on here and it just ran out. Would like to know if there is any good free ones. If not, would like to know a relatively cheap option with the ability to change IP every couple of minutes. Thanks!

I can get you a free month for a major vpn (I'm not promoting anything, I just know because I'm currently using it), but you need to provide CC info...

maybe you can try opera browser it have free vpn built into it.. i dont know if its good, free vpns usualy have some limits
