Any good suggestions for auto poster for Instagram

or

Instagram + Facebook together at the same time.

Just want to setup my posts and let it post automatically for day by day with tags.

Actually it's good someone can suggest a free version of available tools with limited posts per month. Can any one help with this.

actually I want automated Instagram poster my friend.

IFTTT is easy solution and if that does not suits you then you should be using any good bots and run it on vps with good proxy.
