Any suggestions about purchasing customized money making sites ?

I have some basic skills which I could use to create a money making site, but due to my 9-5 job I do not have time to make it.
So I was wondering if I should purchase a site from one of many money making creators here on BHW ?

Does someone got a site like this and making some money constantly ?

I am a little skeptical because I was scammed by one of WF member two years ago, but I think this is my only choice to have some sites and start a leaving 9-5 job process.

There are many offers of people who make an authority sites which are making money.
I want to purchase some, but I don't know anyone who really makes some $$$ with those sites.
