Any Suggestion For This Twitter Tool ?

I was asking to a friend if there are a tool to modified many twitter accounts at once. And since i got no answer then i start thinking to create one for my personal use. Then i add a voice to the tools. From there i then think that maybe i can create a tool to help blind people to make their life easier Any suggestions what can i create for our blind brothers? Sounds like a great idea. I bet this would have a market, but I don't see it as a black hat tool, more as an accessibility tool.

I just confuse where to post the thread ... sorry about it any suggestions for improvement?

I dont have enough knowledge to offer advice, but as bartosimpsonio has said, this seems like a great idea.

I encourage you to run with this idea, you may be onto something.
