Any Source to Buy Cheap Traffic That Provides Ad Clicks?

Hello BHWers,
Can someone please tell me if there still is some "cheap traffic" services available which are providing traffic that will click on ads of targeted page? Most of them I found were either providing iframe traffic or pop-under but I need real human traffic who will click on ads.

Searched a lot, found nothing. So please, if someone recently tried any such cheap traffic, tell me.

I need human traffic that will click, most probably US or some service will provide linkbucks alike country selection that would be awesome. But, I don't know about BOT traffic (especially their drawbacks) so I am interested in knowing it too to see if it worth a try or not

I first need to check if it will work for my concept of not by purchasing small amount of such traffic. If it works, I will move ahead.
 
What you're asking doesn't make sense. People just don't "click" on ads. It has to be relevant, in their niche, something they are interested in. So it has to be targeted. So it's not cheap.

Cheap traffic is either bot or untargeted -> not clicking.
