I am using external download site link [with button image] in every post
my traffic has been dropped from G
if we use shortened url .. can we get back
Does G treats external links as spam?
How to get red of dis situation?

Can we use nofollow for particular links in the wordpress posts?

Can you explain this a little more? Google can and will consider spammy external links to mean it is a spammy site, so yes it may have dropped you because of these links.

You could change the URL after an onMouseClick event in JavaScript, which is what a lot of affiliate sites do, as well as forums which swap out Amazon links.
Google's bot does execute JavaScript, but I'm not sure if it click-checks all the links.

You should no follow all your external links so that you dont get penalized if the other site has been blacklisted or have any defaults
