Any Solution on How To Block Google News From Accessing My Website?

I've been having a tough time dealing with certain competitors as they have added my website into the Google Publisher Console to grab my contents...
I restricted my website feeds on Cloudflare to allow Google access only... They still Grab the contents...
I completely turned off the feeds using "wp die" function yet they still have access to my latest posts cos it seems posts are being loaded infinitely when previewing on G Publisher Console...
So I checked my Google Publisher console to experiment "add by Web location" under Google News section... Then I detected that's how they are getting my contents even if I backdate the content to a month or few weeks back, it still loads in "add by Web location" section...
My question is, is there a way to prevent my website from loading under this section? Or Is there a way I can prevent other people or scrapers from loading my website using GNews?
What I've done so far:
I've blocked all Google Proxy Servers using cloudflare... They were blocked but my website still shows up and load latest posts under this "Web location" section...
I remove the feed of a particular category which is not accessible to anybody but me yet post from this category still shows up in GNews "Web location" section...
How Can I stop this please??? Scrappers now use this medium to steal peoples' contents and posts...

Blocking Googlebot-News Doesn't Work... If you add your website to G Publisher Console by location... Your website would be accessed by Google Proxies... 66.249.93. and other proxies....
