Any software/website to help me quickly identify low-quality links?

I have over 2000 backlinks to my site, and my mainpage is heavily penalized but all my inner pages are ranking

i have my entire backlink profile from majestic seo in a csv file, but how can i quickly scan through my list to identify the harmful links so i can disavow them?

this one is quite a task..You can be penalized for so many reasons...Like porn links (totally irrelevant) , same anchor text...or blog roll links...

Try to see if you are getting a lots of back links from same page /two and then identify and get rid of them..

There is one website that has 400 backlinks to my page, all same anchor. (its the same text link at the same place on all the 400 pages of his website). can this penalize me?
