Any Software to trim video into multiple edit based on timeline

• Input folder - where you store the video you want cut into different parts
• Output folder - the folder where the script writes the videos to
• parts.csv - a csv file containing the various video segments. you can indicate the segments in either seconds or minute:seconds format.
